- Comprehensive coverage against manufacturing defects and material failure for the product lifecycle.
- Warranty applies to the original procurement with authenticated proof of purchase documentation.
- Technical exclusions include damage resulting from non-standard ammunition or unauthorized platform modifications.
- Operational wear to springs, coatings, and sacrificial components is considered standard wear and not a coverage defect.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
POLICY
PROCEDURE
Volker Precision mandates strict adherence to return eligibility to maintain component reliability. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of shipment receipt. Non-defective items are subject to a standard inspection process. Components must be returned in original, uninstalled condition. Items exhibiting mounting marks, finish wear, tool fatigue, or chemical residue are ineligible for return or exchange. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through the technical support portal.
- Ensure the component is securely packaged in its original factory protective container.
- Affix the RMA documentation clearly to the exterior of the distribution box.
- Dispatch the parcel via a carrier providing full value insurance and tracking.
- Technical inspection and processing requires 5-10 business days for verification.
