Volker Precision FAQ Hero

YES! As a proud American company, we find it very important to ensure manufacturing stays in the USA.

All of our Volker branded parts are made from American steels, stainless, and aluminum. We go out of our way to ensure our material and parts are sourced from American companies with American values.

We do not offer international shipping. Sorry.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it, and if you place it before 3PM Central time, there's a good chance it will ship that day.

When we create a shipping label for your order, you will automatically get a tracking number sent to the email listed on your order.

We recommend that all of our products are installed by a competent gunsmith. We do provide instructions, and or videos where needed, for those individuals that are well versed in the working intricacies of firearms and know how to test the firearm for proper functionality and most importantly, that all of the safety's built into the firearm are still working as designed.

We recommend that our products are installed by a competent gunsmith. For those who are wanting to install our products at home, please do a couple online searches to the questions you might have before contacting us. There is a mountain of great information on forums, Reddit posts, YouTube videos and more that discuss disassembly, re-assembly in detail with pictures, and videos.

In the development of our original Flat Faced Trigger for the Beretta 92, we made prototypes in Aluminum. We found that even the 7000 series of aluminum, for DA/SA trigger was not adequate for long term use. The only trigger in our opinion that can be made from aluminum is an SAO (Single Action Only) trigger. Even though Aluminum is an adequate material for an SAO trigger, we still make ours in Stainless Steel. Its more durable, wont dent or scar nearly as easy, and quite frankly, it just feels better!

We want you to be happy with your purchases. Any unopened and uninstalled product can be returned or exchanged for 30 days.

All Volker products have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Products are not warrantied from improper installation, abuse, or misuse, unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear, or  improper maintenance.

Anodize has its place and we do like to use it, but it has a couple big drawbacks. The first is that it is very hard to obtain the same color from batch to batch and from month to month. The second is that the colors can look off, especially Black. Blacks can have a tendency to look purple in sunlight and fade over time. Cerakote has proven to be more consistent in color initially, as well as over time, and is extremely durable.
